This scholarship supports the development of future professionals by assisting with post-secondary artistic studies.
Three individual awards of $1,000 are available to high school students in the Regional Municipality of Durham (Ontario) who identify as Black and will be attending an eligible full-time degree or diploma program in a Canadian post-secondary institution.

Adwoa Baah graduated from R.S. McLaughlin Collegiate and Vocational Institute in Oshawa and will be pursuing a Bachelor of Architectural Studies at Carleton University.
Venus Brown graduated from Dunbarton High School in Pickering and will be pursuing Film Studies at Wilfrid Laurier University in an Honours Arts Bachelor of Arts Program with Management Option.
Victoria Marshall graduated from Sinclair Secondary School in Whitby and will be pursuing a degree in Dramatic Arts in the School of Fine & Performing Arts at Brock University.
Aja Young graduated from O’Neill Collegiate and Vocational Institute in Oshawa and will be attending the Theatre Program at York University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in the School of the Arts, Media,
Performance and Design.
Hailey Brady graduated from O’Neill Collegiate and Vocational Institute in Oshawa and will be pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance at York.
She is a graduate of Father Leo J. Austin Catholic Secondary School in Whitby and will be pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Media and Communication Studies as well as a Diploma in Media Communications at the University of Guelph-Humber.
