For the past 15 years, Cultural Expressions Art Gallery Inc has presented the Annual Durham Black History Month Celebration. It is Durham’s longest
running and largest, free Black history month event with a wealth of quality content that celebrates the beauty of Black culture and the diversity of the Black experience. Each year the Planning Committee curates BHM educational programming, a variety of performances, and presentation of the annual Madiba Award for Durham residents and beyond. Join us this coming February 4th, returning in person at J. Clark Richardson Collegiate, 1355 Harwood Ave. N., Ajax and February 5th will be livestream.
